A Home Away from Home
The After Care Centre is a service that the school renders to working parents of children of our school. The children attend the centre daily, after school.
They have lunch, free time, homework time and are supervised at the centre until they are fetched by their parents.
The centre operates until 17:30 daily. We are open during the school holidays with the exception of the December holidays.
We offer an interesting programme during the holidays to keep the children busy.
We have five permanent ladies who work in the centre and four teachers who assist with the homework and help care for the children.
Mrs. Lainis is our centre manager and she sees to the general running of the centre.
Children wear a red T-shirt to distinguish them from the other children, which make supervision much easier. The centre is situated on the school grounds.
